- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I made an appointment Friday, the 14, for Monday, the 17 at 11:00am. We arrived this morning at 10:53am for our appointment, waited an hour and a half and was not waited on so my husband and I left. The sad part was we were not the only ones who waited that long. There was another gentleman who had being as long if not longer than us, who also had an appointment at 11am. He was helped at about 12pm. Another couple also had an appointment at 11:30am and had been there since 11am and were still waiting when we left. The lady actually asked what was taking so long and the receptionist said that since today was a holiday they had a lot of walk-ins who they were trying to help also. Needless to say the lady was not happy which who would be. If you make an appointment you should be the priority.
