  I got appointed to him by the court my first time dealing with him and him and his team are amazing. They got me the best result I could ask for and since then I've used him several times. His prices are extremely competitive and the best in town. I recommended him to everyone who needs a lawyer. I defiantly would go to him and he will work with you and isn't in it for the money. He truly wants to help people.

  Jason Hegg Law Firm's customer service and common courtesy is severely lacking. I had a face-to-face consult with him in which we reviewed my documents and he said he'd call me by the end of the week; I never spoke to him personally again. I actually had to call his office the following week just to be told by his paralegals that Jason couldn't help me, which Jason could have told me himself. In addition, I called the office no less than three other times requesting my documents be returned via mail, which the paralegals promised to do but never did. These oversights are relatively minor, but to me, when a firm displays a pattern of failing to commit to simple verbal agreements and lacks the professional courtesy to take care of clients on a very basic level, it indicates a potentially pervasive lack of customer appreciation and care at all levels.
