- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service is slow and not very pleasant. I rented a box from them so that they could receive my packages as well as my mail. Well they lost a package. Not only that the business closes on Saturday before a Monday Holiday. They should have told me of their holiday closing policy when I rented my box, because I sure as heck would not have rented from them. I feel I wasted $60.00 and am closing my box early. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This Postal Annex is very concerned with taking care of their clients and satisfying their customers. The owner of this company and 2 ladies helped me very nice and politely. They were very patient with me and got the job done within 30 minutes with over 60 prints and all over them in color in just one day!!
