- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My ATM card was not working. I went in to find out why. I sat there for 45 minutes before an employee even acknowledged my existence. I waited almost 2 hours to be helped. It took five minutes to fix the problem. Literally 5 minutes. There was one person doing account services. There were a lot of other employees around who could not do account services. And the manager was not there. Customer no-service at it's finest. If you have to go in for something that can't be handled at the counter I suggest you bring a drink, a snack, something to occupy yourself, and leave the kids at home.By Ali Price, September 17, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Teller (with short brown hair) is rude. Had to wait 1/2 hour for service with a wire to purchase a house. The lady was reading a manual for how to do it because they are short staffed as a general rule. Took 1.5 hours total to get it done. Sad!By Care to C, April 09, 2017
