  Out all the jeweler in town, by far one of the most friendly people. They really are attentive to your needs. Thwy didnt give me the run around. I was shown professionalism towards me and really showed n taught me about their products. I would go back again any time. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

  Wade was fantastic! Very patient, took tons of time to explain the all of the details to me, someone who knew little to nothing about diamonds which was greatly appreciated and made me feel very confident in my buying decision. 5/5 - would definitely recommend Wade to anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring.   I cannot not say enough great things about my experience at Bradley's. Heather and Brad both worked great with us to get me a gorgeous ring in my budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fine Jewelry.

  My five star rating revolves around Bradley's commitment to his business and the customer. I've shopped at the corporate chains in town and abroad and clearly notice distinctions in quality of service, commitment, and quality of product. The lack of knowledge and care displayed by employees across the street at the Jacksonville mall is unforgiving. Immediately after entering Bradley's, I was greeted by Bradley (the owner), whom displayed great knowledge of the products he sells, patience, creativity in pairing the setting and stone, and eagerness and willingness to order pieces the customer may want or he believes the customer may be interested in. It was the engagement ring and wedding band combination Bradley first showed me that I chose, not because I'm impulsive but because it was the best. Bradley was kind in letting me observe the stones I was interested in under the microscope and providing supporting documentation showing the specifications. These were both aspects of the process I was keen on and it was obvious he understood. Bradley earned my respect and trust from what has already been detailed but more so because of how he handled a particular occurrence. The details of the occurrence don't really matter I suppose. What matters is that if I had purchased the ring from Kay's, Zales, or Reeds, I almost certainly would have been told file a claim with my insurance despite not being at fault for the damage. Bradley showed compassion, something rarely found outside small businesses. Barely having the engagement ring for a couple weeks, I feared we would be left with handling repairs out of pocket simply because of the time that elapsed after picking up the ring. Bradley took time and effort to replace the diamond with one that is of better quality.
